Here's an idea, Brigade members could put out their XBL account names(for those that have them) so that way we can maybe link up easier when playing other games and dominate other teams.

actually earlier the leader brigadier smyile posted his gamertag dont shooooot me saying that anyone who wanted to join the halo reach branch of the clan could simply send him a friend request. also just for general knowledge my gamertag is Sgt Caolan

Hey guys i recovered my original post, here it is:-)
Marines! We are recruting for a new brigade in the UNSC Marines division in order to reinforce our men on the front. We have been assigned a special Orbital drop shock tropper platoon into our birgade and they will be picked from the best among us and sent on special opertions as well as acting as commanding officers and senior NCO's on the field. The rest of the Brigade will be split into Squads that are part of a specific platoon. three squads to a platoon, and hopefully four platoons into the brigade (to begin with).
We are looking for;
Commanding officers; leading platoons on large raids and operations.
Junior officers and senior NCO's; to lead squads and fireteams.
Members of the Elite ODST devision; (Will have made decision After game is released to see skill of player(need to be reasonably good)).
Riflemen; the mainline troops and backbone of squads, long ranged rifles semi and fully automatic.
Machinegunners; Large, automatic machineguns to supress fire (one to a squad)
Sniper and recon; These will play roles in a squad but will also be sent ahead to scout areas and give recon intel.
Anti-vehicle personel; Self explainitory, will also have rifles.
FInally, vehicle operators/pilots.(we will not take part in many space operations if there are any in game unless people want to).
The clan will not be really roleplaying and will not get angry if stuff goes on, just and effort to make a friendly, roleplaying clan/guild/kinship for when the game is released, cheers guys,

Edit; The first 6 people to join get a position of there choice after that you start at the bottom and make your nway up (promotion is based on commitment, like if your not active for two months then there is no chance of a promotion lol)

I am gonna make a suggestion, you can take it or leave it, your call: let's discontinue the ODST detachment for now and go back to picking them from among the better players after the game launches like was initially planned. The reason I say this is because everyone is going to want to be in the ODST unit, and we won't have anyone for the rest of the platoon/company.
