I was against this rejoining and after dealing with next to no progress or motivation am leaving the project to work on a project of my own (unrelated to halo) unless somebody feels like giving me a reason not to. That part has me concerned.

That's three people that have now quit though. I suppose you would be getting whoever is currently at BVG, but I only know of two people there.

We had substantial progress in sovereign. Honestly we got a lot done before the rejoin, but after the rejoin I've seen nothing really from BVG. They have progress but I don't see how. Since I joined I've only seen assets being imported which is something that one person could do on their own, not an entire team.

A never ending cycle of revolutions...the story of Halo: Galaxy of Combat will be a very interesting one to tell to my grand kids. What if the Halo: GoC campaign is based off of the story of BVG?

Hey hey hey, I found this place because of the halomaps.org incident. Not the second one, the first one. Some of them are nice. Dennis is a great moderator. Higuy is nice, whenever he is in one of his threads or sees good work. He has a hatred for rips though. TM_Updates (L0d3x) is definitely a troll. No doubt about that one. Others simply cannot get along in that forum. Recently things have been getting better though. People have been cooperating better, and what's weird is that it was all in dennis's absense too.

I haven't been to those forums in a really long time, it's nice to hear that people are getting along better though. And their Lumoria map is amazing.

The revolution was suposed to change things. What happened to the fighting spiret? The will to stand up to our enemies? Or have you forgoten what this whole place came from. I entirely agree with you, although BVG was a good place while it lasted. I also liked the site design better. It looked... nicer. It also brought us all together as a community.

And besides, if H:GOC does go live again, who knows. It could be pretty cool. A weekly update again.

And the lies only happened at the end. Swanton was running BVG like a country, which requires lies to avoid panic.

I doubt that they would go back to weekly updates. And it seems odd that they would rejoin BVG, I mean, none of the dev-guys that posted at Sovereign seemed to like Swanton. And then there's the various insults directed at Swanton, those aren't so common now. I guess that can now be explained.

Is Swanton going to be the one in control of BVG still?
