This guy does not like people to read the ****ing manual. Instead, he reads the manual for you, and displays it better than the manual. It's a great series to learn.

I believe this would be a good place to go. I don't know. I had my written one from a different place, but I cannot find it anymore. . Anyway, I hope this helps you out. And anyone else looking for a good tutorial to learn C++ with.

w3 schools is helpful for web authoring as well
